What bulk pricing actually means here
There is no fixed wholesale list, because a run of 200 foiled envelopes and a run of 2,000 plain gift tags are not the same job. What we do is quote your exact quantity, on your exact product, with your artwork, and show you where the next price break sits so you can decide whether it is worth stepping up.
What changes the price
Quantity
The single biggest factor. Setup cost is spread across the run, so the per unit price falls sharply between 100 and 1,000 pieces and keeps easing after that.
Finish
Hot stamped gold foil costs more than flat digital print because it is a separate pass on a separate press. Lamination, die cutting and laser cutting each add a step.
Artwork
Print ready vector files cost nothing to prepare. If your logo needs redrawing for foil we will still do it at no design fee, but tell us early so it does not hold up production.

Your deadline
The date you need them in hand, not the date you want them shipped. We work backwards from it and will tell you honestly if it is too tight.
Your artwork
PNG, PDF, SVG or AI. If all you have is a photo of a sketch, send that and we will work from it.
Ordering for a specific occasion
Weddings and events
Count the guest list, add ten percent, and order in one run so the paper and foil match across every piece. Three weeks of margin is comfortable. Most couples start with luxury shagun envelopes and add matching tags.
Corporate and festival gifting
Logo in foil on tags, envelopes and packaging stickers, sized to your hamper. Diwali slots fill in the fortnight before the festival, so order early enough to get a proper proof round. See Diwali tags.
Retail and resale
If you are buying to sell on rather than to use, the stockist application is the right route. It covers minimums, white label options and margin.
Small business restocking
Bakers, candle makers and online sellers ordering stickers and thank you tags a few thousand at a time. Ask for a standing quote and reorder against it.

1. What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Volume pricing starts at around 100 pieces on most products. Below that you are usually better off with standard pricing, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than quoting you something worse.
2. Can I order samples before committing?
Yes, and we recommend it. Order a sample set, hold the paper and the foil, then place the full order. Most first time bulk buyers do this.
3. Do you offer custom branding or private label?
We do. Custom logo printing, personalized designs and white label packaging are all available, with no design fee for preparing your file.
4. How much margin can a reseller earn?
That depends on your market and your retail price, so we will not quote you a number we cannot stand behind. Send your quantity through the stockist application and we will give you real wholesale pricing to work from.
5. How long does a bulk order take?
Typically 5 to 10 business days to produce, depending on run size and finish, then tracked shipping across the USA. We confirm the exact timeline in your quote before you commit.
6. Can I split one order across several designs?
Yes. We price the combined run as a single order, so splitting across designs does not usually cost you the volume discount.
7. Do you ship outside the United States?
Our standard bulk shipping covers the USA. For export enquiries, mention your destination in the form and we will quote separately.
8. How do I get the wholesale price list?
Submit the form on this page. Because pricing is quantity and finish dependent, we send a quote built around what you actually need rather than a generic list.
Getting your artwork right
Color matching
If your brand runs to a specific shade, send the Pantone reference rather than a screenshot. Screens lie, ink does not.
Labeling rules
Food and cosmetic packaging has rules attached. The FDA labeling guidance is worth a read before you sign off a print run, and we will flag anything that looks off when we proof it.
