Production time

Ready to ship designs leave our studio in 1 to 3 business days. Anything personalized takes 3 to 7 business days to produce, because it is printed after you order it.

Delivery

Shipped across the United States by tracked courier, arriving 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us. Tracking can take a day to activate.

Ordering in bulk

Unit price drops as the quantity rises, with volume pricing from around 100 pieces. Send your quantity through our bulk order page and you will have a quote the same business day.

Returns

Non personalized items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Personalized items are final sale because they cannot be resold. If anything arrives damaged or defective, photograph it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Need it by a date?

Tell us the date you need it in hand, not the date you want it shipped. We will work backwards from it and say honestly if the timeline is too tight.
